She is a Sri-Lankan-New Zealander (“Kiwi”) creative agent and producer, working on a bicoastal capacity between New York and Los Angeles.

As the founder of creative agency, production house, and former independent print publication Santulan (san-TOO-lan), Ash has worked to cultivate an ecosystem of over 250+ BIPOC and Queer artists across New York and Los Angeles. Santulan connects its community to paid creative opportunities and prioritizes its network for visual and production needs, while lowering barriers to access through shared resources, equipment, and community-oriented programming that foster authentic connection offline. Her team take clients from concept to launch, handling creative development, full-service production, and live event activation to form impactful 360-degree campaigns. Ash also serves as a senior agent at WiB Agency where she leads photographers, prop stylists, 3D & CGI artists in jobs with top tier clients across beauty, fashion, and still life (artists include Samuel Bristow, James K.Lowe, Simrah Farrukh, Castina Bombardo, andDaniel Palsson). Clients to note include Sol de Janeiro, Mac Cosmetics, Oribe, Allure, GQ and more.

She currently manages musician Shreea Kaul full time, overseeing career strategy, creative direction, partnerships, and day-to-day operations.
